When you write to the HEC, you may, if you so wish, supply your name (and the name of the organization if you are writing for and on behalf of that organization). The contents of your written materials, including your name and the name of the organization (if applicable), will be disclosed to Members of the HEC for consideration/discussion as necessary at open meetings. The gist of your written materials, your name and the name of the organization (if applicable) may be uploaded to the HEC website for public information.
